Model Casting

Talent, handled with care.

Model casting is handled separately from the production package. During pre-production, our team will recommend the best talent for your shoot based on your brand’s aesthetic, campaign goals, and visual identity. You select and compensate models directly.

Important Note on Usage Rights

If a model requires negotiation around content usage rights, licensing, exclusivity, or any contractual terms — that is the brand’s responsibility. NWV’s scope is content production only.

We cast, coordinate, and create the content. We do not negotiate usage agreements on behalf of the brand.

Payment Terms

Simple and transparent.

Deposit

50% deposit upon booking to lock in your shoot date. No work begins until the deposit is received.

Final Payment

Remaining 50% is due before the shoot day. This ensures full commitment from both sides before production.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once pre-production begins. We invest significant time in shotlists, casting, and planning from day one.

Model Fees

Model fees are separate from the production package and paid directly by the brand to the talent.
